随着我国社会主义新农村建设进程的加快，农村财务管理在农村发展中的重要作用日益凸显。运用委托代理理论，通过梳理目前农村财务管理中所存在的多层委托代理关系，构建一个农村财务管理问题的分析框架，并据此提出一些完善农村财务管理的建议。

With the development of the building of a new socialist countryside, it highlights the village-level financial management plays an important role in the village.This text mainly uses principal-agent theory to show many levels principal-agent relationships in the village-level financial management.It also constructs an analyti-cal framework of financial management issues in the countryside and points out some suggestions about improving rural financial management.
