为寻找效率和空泡性能优良的螺旋桨,利用螺旋桨多参数协同优化系统对某吊舱螺旋桨开展迭代优化,并对优化结果进行试验验证。螺旋桨各参数分布曲线采用贝塞尔样条曲线拟合,以确保各参数在优化过程中的光顺性;应用遗传算法,结合螺旋桨面元法的定常水动力性能预报工具,以提高螺旋桨效率及空泡性能为优化目标,对螺旋桨各参数分布进行优化及相关分析探讨。结果表明,优化桨较原桨效率略低,但空泡初生更晚,相同条件下空化面积更小,空泡性能得到有效改善。
為尋找效率和空泡性能優良的螺鏇槳,利用螺鏇槳多參數協同優化繫統對某弔艙螺鏇槳開展迭代優化,併對優化結果進行試驗驗證。螺鏇槳各參數分佈麯線採用貝塞爾樣條麯線擬閤,以確保各參數在優化過程中的光順性;應用遺傳算法,結閤螺鏇槳麵元法的定常水動力性能預報工具,以提高螺鏇槳效率及空泡性能為優化目標,對螺鏇槳各參數分佈進行優化及相關分析探討。結果錶明,優化槳較原槳效率略低,但空泡初生更晚,相同條件下空化麵積更小,空泡性能得到有效改善。

In order to seek for a propeller that both good at efficiency and cavitation performance ,an it‐erative optimization design of a pod propeller was accomplished by using propeller comprehensive per‐formance optimization design system‐with independent intellectual property rights ,and model tests were conducted to verify the optimization results .The propeller parameters distributions are described by Bezier‐spline ,so that the curve fairing can be ensured .Aiming at improving the efficiency and cavi‐tation performance , genetic algorithm combined with a prediction method of steady hydrodynamic characteristics of propeller based on surface panel method is utilized to optimize and analyze propeller parameters distribution .T he optimization results show that the efficiency of the optimized propeller is slightly lower ,but the cavitation inception is later and the cavitation area is smaller at the same condi‐tion comparing to the original propeller ,the cavitation performance have been improved .
