目的：探讨窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆预防儿童龋齿的临床效果。方法选取2010年3月~2012年2月在本院门诊进行健康体检的90例儿童共184颗第一恒磨牙作为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为实验组和对照组,各92颗。实验组采用窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆进行龋齿预防,对照组单独采用窝沟封闭术进行预防。比较两组的龋齿发生率、邻面龋发生率、龋均值以及封闭剂脱落情况。结果实验组的龋齿、邻面龋发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的龋均值为0.93±0.28,显著高于对照组的0.76±0.26,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访2年,实验组的总脱落率为8.70%,显著低于对照组的17.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆预防儿童龋齿效果显著,可有效降低龋齿发生率,减少封闭剂脱落,值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토와구봉폐술연합불보호칠예방인동우치적림상효과。방법선취2010년3월~2012년2월재본원문진진행건강체검적90례인동공184과제일항마아작위연구대상,안조수궤수자법장기분위실험조화대조조,각92과。실험조채용와구봉폐술연합불보호칠진행우치예방,대조조단독채용와구봉폐술진행예방。비교량조적우치발생솔、린면우발생솔、우균치이급봉폐제탈락정황。결과실험조적우치、린면우발생솔현저저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。실험조적우균치위0.93±0.28,현저고우대조조적0.76±0.26,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。수방2년,실험조적총탈락솔위8.70%,현저저우대조조적17.39%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론와구봉폐술연합불보호칠예방인동우치효과현저,가유효강저우치발생솔,감소봉폐제탈락,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pit and fissure sealant technique combined with fluor protector in the prevention of dental caries in children. Methods 90 children (184 cases of the first permanent molars) for health examination in our clinic from March 2010 to February 2012 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table,92 cases in each group.The experimental group was given pit and fissure sealant technique combined with fluor protector,the control group was only ginven pit and fissure sealant for prevention.The incidence of caries and proximal caries,mean value of caries and falling off of sealing agent during fol-low-up visits in two groups was compared. Results The incidence of caries and proximal caries in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The mean value of caries in the ex-perimental group was 0.93±0.28,which was higher than 0.76±0.26 in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The total loss rate of the experimental group was 8.70%,which was lower than 17.39% of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of pit and fissure sealant technique combined with fluor protector in the prevention of dental caries in children is significant,which can reduce the incidence of caries and sealer off,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
