目的:比较紫杉醇脂质纳米粒子(TAX-NLC)对KB、SKOV3细胞的抑制作用。方法:激光共聚焦显微镜观察TAX-NLC作用于KB、SKOV3细胞对Ca2+的影响;MTT法测定TAX-NLC作用于KB、SKOV3细胞抑制率;激光共聚焦显微镜观察TAX-NLC作用于KB、SKOV3细胞形态学的变化。结果:TAX-NLC作用后KB细胞Ca2+浓度高于SKOV3细胞;TAX-NLC作用后KB细胞的抑制率高于SKOV3细胞;TAX-NLC作用KB细胞产生多核细胞高于SKOV3。结论:TAX-NLC对KB细胞更敏感,Ca2+浓度、抑制率、多核细胞比例密切相关联。

목적:비교자삼순지질납미입자(TAX-NLC)대KB、SKOV3세포적억제작용。방법:격광공취초현미경관찰TAX-NLC작용우KB、SKOV3세포대Ca2+적영향;MTT법측정TAX-NLC작용우KB、SKOV3세포억제솔;격광공취초현미경관찰TAX-NLC작용우KB、SKOV3세포형태학적변화。결과:TAX-NLC작용후KB세포Ca2+농도고우SKOV3세포;TAX-NLC작용후KB세포적억제솔고우SKOV3세포;TAX-NLC작용KB세포산생다핵세포고우SKOV3。결론:TAX-NLC대KB세포경민감,Ca2+농도、억제솔、다핵세포비례밀절상관련。
Objective:To compare the inhibitory effect of paclitaxel lipid nanoparticles(TAX-NLC)on KB,SKOV3 cells. Method:The affection of TAX-NLC on Ca2+in KB,SKOV3 cells by using Laser confocal microscope were observed.MTT method was used to determine the inhibition rate of TAX-NLC action in KB,SKOV3 cell.The cell morphological changes of TAX-NLC role in KB,SKOV3 cells were observed by Laser confocal microscope.Result:After the TAX-NLC acting on KB,SKOV3 cells,the concentration of Ca2+of KB cells was higher than that of SKOV3 cells.And the inhibition rate of KB cell was higher than that of SKOV3 cells,the production of KB multinucleated cells was more than that of SKOV3 cells.Conclusion:TAX-NLC is more sensitive to KB cells,Ca2+concentration,the inhibition rate,multinucleated cells are closely associated.
