为了解上海地区规模奶牛场的主要物理降温模式及其效果,本研究调查了上海地区15个规模奶牛场,对其主要模式进行了汇总,测定各种模式的防暑降温效果。结果表明:上海地区主要有6种物理降温模式,其中使用最广泛的是“喷雾+风扇”模式;降温效果最好的模式是“湿帘+风机”,最高可降低7.5℃,但其也是湿度增加幅度最高的模式,湿度增加20%以上;其次为“喷淋+喷雾+风扇”模式,其最高可降低3℃,同时湿度增加约10%,其余的几种模式降温幅度均未超过3℃,降温效果最差的是“人工喷雾+风扇”模式,其牛舍内外温差小于1℃,其内外湿度也无明显差异。

Fifteen dairy farms in Shanghai were investigated about the types of physical cooling measures, the effects of each type was detected at the same time to understood the major physical cooling measures and its effects in Shanghai. The results indicated that: there were six types of physical cooling measures in Shanghai dairy farms and “spraying with fans system” was the most widely used type. The best temperature lowering type was “wetted pad system”, 7.5℃ could be reduced, but the moisture rose about 20% at the same time. Then was “sprinkling, spraying with fans system”, 3.0℃ could be reduced, the moisture rose about 10% at the same time. The worst was“artiifcialsprayingwithfanssystem”,lessthan1℃ could be reduced.
