目的 观察一次性泪道再通管植入术治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效.方法 选择2013年1～7月在重庆市第三人民医院眼科门诊泪道阻塞患者106例(126只眼),所有患者均行一次性使用泪道再通管植入术治疗.随访一年.结果 完成随访87只眼,有效74只眼,有效率74/87 (85.05％).结论 泪道再通管植入术能有效治疗泪道阻塞,具有损伤小,痛苦少、操作更加简单等优点.

목적 관찰일차성루도재통관식입술치료루도조새적림상료효.방법 선택2013년1～7월재중경시제삼인민의원안과문진루도조새환자106례(126지안),소유환자균행일차성사용루도재통관식입술치료.수방일년.결과 완성수방87지안,유효74지안,유효솔74/87 (85.05％).결론 루도재통관식입술능유효치료루도조새,구유손상소,통고소、조작경가간단등우점.
Objective To observe the effect of implantation of lacrimal recanalization canal on treatment of lacrimal passage obstruction.Methods A total of 106 patients (126 eyes) with lacrimal passage obstruction were treated with implantation of lacrimal recanalization canal in our hospital from January to July,2013.The follow up time was 1 year.Results Eighty-seven eyes were completed with follow up.The total effective rate was 74/87,(85.05％).Conclusions Implantation of lacrimal recanalization canal is effective for the treatment of lacrimal passage obstruction,with less injury,less pain and more simple.
