目的：探讨延续性护理在子宫切除术患者出院后护理中的应用效果。方法：100例子宫切除术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组仅嘱按时复查，观察组给予延续性护理，比较两组出院后6个月时的心理状态、社会支持度和性生活质量。结果：观察组出院6个月后的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组出院后6个月后的主观社会支持度、客观社会支持度和支持利用度显著高于对照组，性生活频率、满意度高于对照组，性交痛和阴道干涩的发生率低于对照组，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：延续性护理将护理延续到家庭，能够改善子宫切除术患者术后的不良心理，提高性生活质量。

Objectives:To investigate the application of continuous nursing in postoperative care of hysterecto-my patients after discharge from hospital.Methods:100 hysterectomy patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group only received regular review,while the observation group was given continu-ous nursing.The psychological state,social support and sexual life of the two groups were compared 6 months after dis-charge.Results:The anxiety,depression scores in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P <0.05).The subjective social support,objective social support and utilization of support after 6 months of discharge in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the frequency of sexual life and satisfaction was higher than those in the control group;the occurrence rates of sexual pain and vaginal dryness was lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion:Continuous nursing can improve the adverse psychology and sexual life of hysterectomy patients.
