文化创意产业是京津冀协同发展的重要组成部分。在对京津冀三地文化创意产业发展态势及河北省面临的机遇与挑战分析的基础上，从政策制定、文化与科技深度融合、创意人才建设及优化融资结构等方面，对促进河北省文化创意产业协同发展提出对策建议。

Cultural creative industry is an important part of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Based on the analysis of the development trend of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei's cultural creative industries and the opportunities and challenges of Hebei Province, some suggestions to promote the cooperative development of Hebei's cultural creative industries was proposed from the aspects of policy development, the depth integration of culture and technology, creative talent construction and optimization of financing structure.
