目的:探讨冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄程度与血脂代谢的关系。方法选取我院冠心病患者100例作为实验组,测定冠心病患者和同期健康人为对照组100名的血脂水平,观察两组冠状动脉狭窄和血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)的差异性,并根据冠脉造影结果评价冠脉病变严重程度。结果实验组的TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而HDL-C显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),另外,实验组冠脉多支病变发生率及总狭窄指数明显增高,单支病变发生率较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者具有明显的血脂代谢异常,同时显示出加重的冠状动脉病变。

목적:탐토관심병환자관상동맥협착정도여혈지대사적관계。방법선취아원관심병환자100례작위실험조,측정관심병환자화동기건강인위대조조100명적혈지수평,관찰량조관상동맥협착화혈청총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)、재지단백B(ApoB)적차이성,병근거관맥조영결과평개관맥병변엄중정도。결과실험조적TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB현저고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),이HDL-C현저저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),령외,실험조관맥다지병변발생솔급총협착지수명현증고,단지병변발생솔교저,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론관심병환자구유명현적혈지대사이상,동시현시출가중적관상동맥병변。
Objective To study the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) the relationship between coronary artery stenosis degree and blood lipid metabolism. Methods Selection our hospital 100 cases of coronary heart disease patients as experimental group, the determination of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients and healthy control group, 100 cases of lipid levels at the same time, observe two groups of coronary artery stenosis and serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL - C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL - C), apolipoprotein B (ApoB) difference, and according to the result of coronary angiography to evaluate coronary disease severity. Results The experimental group TC, TG, LDL - C, ApoB is significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05), HDL - C was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05), in addition, the experimental group the incidence of coronary multivessel lesions and total index increased obviously, narrow single disease incidence is low, differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with coronary heart disease has obvious lipid metabolic abnormalities, and shows the increase of coronary artery lesions.
