目的:研究早期肠内营养和护理干预对急性脑出血患者预后的影响效果。方法选取我院收治的急性脑出血患者30例作为研究对象,采用双盲随机法分为对照组与实验组,各15例。对照组接受肠外营养支持与常规护理,实验组则给予肠内营养支持与早期护理干预,就两组干预前后NIHSS评分进行对比。结果干预前两组NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组评分均有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的下降幅度较对照组则显著更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养和护理干预可有效促进患者神经功能恢复,改善患者预后,临床应用价值较高。

목적:연구조기장내영양화호리간예대급성뇌출혈환자예후적영향효과。방법선취아원수치적급성뇌출혈환자30례작위연구대상,채용쌍맹수궤법분위대조조여실험조,각15례。대조조접수장외영양지지여상규호리,실험조칙급여장내영양지지여조기호리간예,취량조간예전후NIHSS평분진행대비。결과간예전량조NIHSS평분비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),간예후량조평분균유소하강,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),실험조적하강폭도교대조조칙현저경우,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론조기장내영양화호리간예가유효촉진환자신경공능회복,개선환자예후,림상응용개치교고。
Objective Evaluate the effect of early enteral nutrition and nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The 30 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients treated in our hospital as the research object,divided into control group and experimental group with 15 cases in each group by double blind randomized method,the control group patients received parenteral nutrition support and routine nursing,the experimental group was given enteral nutrition support and early nursing intervention,is the two groups before and after intervention NIHSS scores were compared. Results The NIHSS score of two groups before the intervention had no significant difference(P>0.05),and post intervention scores of two groups were decreased(P<0.05),the experimental group than in the control group were significantly decreased(P<0.05) better. Conclusion Eearly enteral nutrition and nursing intervention can effectively promote the recovery of neural function of patients, improve the prognosis of the patients, the higher the value of clinical application.
