目的：探讨检测血清降钙素对诊断肺癌的价值。方法：对2012年1月～2013年12月期间我院收治的30例肺癌患者以及此期在我院进行健康体检的30例健康人的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这30例肺癌患者作为研究组，将30例健康人作为对照组。我们对这两组人员均进行血清降钙素检验，然后分析这些人员血清降钙素的水平与肺癌之间的关系。结果：在进行化疗前，研究组患者血清降钙素的水平明显高于对照组的受检者，二者相比差异有显著性（P<0.05）。在进行化疗后，研究组患者血清降钙素的水平明显低于化疗前，二者相比差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论：人体内血清降钙素的水平与肺癌的发生具有一定的相关性。因此，对疑似肺癌的患者进行血清降钙素检验可尽早确诊其病情，从而能进早对其进行治疗，以免延误对其进行诊治。
목적：탐토검측혈청강개소대진단폐암적개치。방법：대2012년1월～2013년12월기간아원수치적30례폐암환자이급차기재아원진행건강체검적30례건강인적림상자료진행회고성연구。아문장저30례폐암환자작위연구조，장30례건강인작위대조조。아문대저량조인원균진행혈청강개소검험，연후분석저사인원혈청강개소적수평여폐암지간적관계。결과：재진행화료전，연구조환자혈청강개소적수평명현고우대조조적수검자，이자상비차이유현저성（P<0.05）。재진행화료후，연구조환자혈청강개소적수평명현저우화료전，이자상비차이유현저성（P<0.05）。결론：인체내혈청강개소적수평여폐암적발생구유일정적상관성。인차，대의사폐암적환자진행혈청강개소검험가진조학진기병정，종이능진조대기진행치료，이면연오대기진행진치。
Objective:to diagnose lung cancer clinical application value of serum calcitonin expression. Methods:the clinical data of patients with lung cancer study group of healthy people and the control group were analyzed retrospectively, specify the clinical laboratory staff with professional knowledge and rich experience in the completion of the two groups of serum calcitonin inspection work. Records of two groups of serum calcitonin test results, data analysis will give a professional(Statistics) to obtain the conclusion. Results:the study group before treatment the serum calcitonin level was significantly higher than that of control group, comparing the results with statistical significance(P<0.05);the study group after chemotherapy, the serum calcitonin level was significantly lower than that before chemotherapy, comparing the results with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:the serum of patients with lung cancer clinicians should accurately grasp the characteristics of calcitonin test, given laboratory tests positive for suspected cases diagnosed with the disease, take the right treatment plan to protect the quality of life and life safety.
