当前,日益严重的能源与环境危机迫使我国必须加快节能减排的步伐。但是,占社会总能耗比重大的既有建筑能耗却逐年攀升,迫切需要通过建筑节能改造来降低社会总能耗。然而我国的建筑节能改造发展缓慢,一个重要的原因是缺乏适合我国国情的节能改造模式。因此,研究适用于我国国情的既有住宅节能改造EPC运作模式是必要的、也是迫切的。

The increasing serious crisis of energy and environment currently forces that China have to speed up the pace of energy saving and emission reduction. But the energy consumption of existing residential building which accounts for a substantial part of the total social energy consumption rises year by year, China urgently needs to reduce the total social energy consumption by building energy-saving reconstruction. However, one of important reasons that the Chinese building energy-saving reconstruction develops slowly is the lackness of energy-saving reconstruction model that suits to Chinese national conditions. Therefore, it is essential and urgent that we should study the EPC operation model for energy-saving reconstruction of existing residential building which suits to Chinese national conditions.
