指出随着我国经济社会进一步发展，农业面源污染治理难度日益增大，这已经成为农业可持续发展的瓶颈约束。以世行贷款广东农业面源污染治理项目为例，根据广东省农业面源污染的状况的特点，结合国内外农业面源污染研究进展，提出了包括监督机构、实施机构和咨询服务机构的环境管理体系和公共申诉与反馈机制。

With the further development of the economic society in China ,the difficulty of dealing with agricultural non -point source pollution is increasing ,which has become a bottleneck that constraints the sustainable development of agriculture .According to the agricultural non -point source pollution situation in Guangdong province ,this article takes the Guangdong agricultural non -point source pollution control project loaned by World Bank as an example . The research contains the research development on agricultural non -point source pollution in domestic and abroad . In addition ,the article proposes the establishment of an environmental management system consisting of supervision institution ,enforcement body and consulting service as well as public appeal and feedback mechanism .
