要服务于兵团经济社会发展，实现以工业带动兵团跨越式发展，构建兵团大教育体系是兵团教育体制改革的必然趋势。该体系能高效整合和对接兵团中各种学历教育资源，高效提高劳动者素质，为兵团发展提供重要的人力资源。基于兵团“十二五”总体规划和劳动者的个体发展需求，提出了构建“无缝立交”学历教育对接模式的意义，并从中等职业教育、专科、本科、研究生等学历教育和劳动力市场相互延续与衔接的角度构建了人才培养的“无缝立交”学历教育对接模式。

In order to serve the economic and social development of Xinjiang Production and Construction Army Corps(XPCC),achieve a leap development of XPCC by industries,it is an inevitable trend of XPCC educational in-stitution reform to establish a large-scale educational system.It will integrate all kinds of academic education re-sources of XPCC efficiently,improve the quality of labor force effectively and provide important human capital for the development of XPCC.Based on the 12th Five-Year Plan of XPCC and the needs of individual growth,this pa-per put forward the significance of“Seamless Alliance” academic education mode construction,and constructed the talents training mode of “Seamless Alliance” from the perspective of continuation and connection of academic edu-cation such as secondary vocational education,junior college education,undergraduate and postgraduate education, with the labor market.
