肝转移发生是导致结直肠癌患者预后不良的最重要的原因。近年来,结直肠癌肝转移治疗的治疗效果获得了令人鼓舞的进展。 HGF/c-Met信号转导通路在人体内正常细胞向恶性细胞转化、细胞运动、侵袭转移、上皮间质转化和组织再生等过程中发挥重要的作用。目前,通过对HGF/c-Met信号通路系统在结直肠癌肝转移中的作用机制的深入研究,发现HGF/c-Met信号转导通路系统在结直肠癌肝转移发生发展过程中发挥着重要的作用,并为研发有效的HGF/c-Met抑制剂提供了新的依据,一系列HGF/c-Met信号通路抑制剂的相继出现,为结直肠癌肝转移患者的治疗提供了新的思路。
肝轉移髮生是導緻結直腸癌患者預後不良的最重要的原因。近年來,結直腸癌肝轉移治療的治療效果穫得瞭令人鼓舞的進展。 HGF/c-Met信號轉導通路在人體內正常細胞嚮噁性細胞轉化、細胞運動、侵襲轉移、上皮間質轉化和組織再生等過程中髮揮重要的作用。目前,通過對HGF/c-Met信號通路繫統在結直腸癌肝轉移中的作用機製的深入研究,髮現HGF/c-Met信號轉導通路繫統在結直腸癌肝轉移髮生髮展過程中髮揮著重要的作用,併為研髮有效的HGF/c-Met抑製劑提供瞭新的依據,一繫列HGF/c-Met信號通路抑製劑的相繼齣現,為結直腸癌肝轉移患者的治療提供瞭新的思路。

Liver metastasis remains a significant problem in the prognosis of colorectal cancer. In recent years, the therapeutic effect has achieved remarkable results in liver metastasis of colorectal cancer. HGF/c-Met signaling path-way plays an important role in the process of the transformation of normal cells into malignant cells, cell movement, in-vasion and metastasis, epithelial mesenchymal transition and tissue regeneration. Recent research findings have con-firmed that HGF/c-Met signaling pathway plays an pivotal role in the development of liver metastasis of colorectal can-cer. The appearance of some novel HGF/c-Met inhibitors provides the new idea for treatment of liver metastasis of col-orectal cancer. Further research of the mechanism of HGF/c-Met signaling pathway in liver metastasis of colorectal cancer could provide a foundation to develop effective HGF/c-Met inhibitors. The author will systematic review the progress of HGF/c-Met signaling pathway in liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.
