利用陕南地区农户的实地调研数据，基于退耕还林工程造成农户家庭耕地资源约束趋紧的前提，采用描述性统计分析方法，全面分析了退耕还林工程实施对农户经济行为的影响。结果表明：退耕还林后陕南地区的农业产业结构渐趋合理，非农就业收入取代农业收入成为农户最大的收入来源，畜牧业的发展水平明显快于种植业，种植结构更加多元，现代农业生产要素投入的集约化水平明显提高，粮食单位产量也较退耕前有了明显的增长，农户的家庭总收入和消费水平也有了较大幅度的提高，总体而言，退耕还林与农户经济行为的和谐共生关系已基本形成。最后提出长期有效推进陕南地区退耕还林的相关政策建议。

On the premise of the tighter cropland resource constraints resulted from the conversion of cropland to forest, this paper uses the research data obtained from questionnaire survey of southern Shaanxi farmers and, using descriptive statistical analysis, comprehensively analyzes the impact of the implementation of the Grain for Green Project on the farmer households’ economic behaviors.The results show that:the agricultural industrial structure in Southern Shaanxi is becoming more reasonable after the conversion of cropland to forest;non-agricultural income accounts for the biggest part of farmer household income;the livestock industry develops faster than planting indus-try and the planting structure became more diverse;the intensive level of modern agricultural elements investment notably improved and the unit output of grain increased significantly; the total income and consumption level of farmer household had an obvious improvement.Overall, the harmonious symbiotic relationship between the conver-sion of cropland to forest and farmer household economic behaviors have been basically formed.The relevant poli-cies of promoting conversion of cropland to forest effectively and continuously in Southern Shaanxi are also put for-ward in this paper.
