目的：对颞叶癫痫合并抑郁焦虑患者进行临床评估，并对其联合用药的效果进行分析。方法：选择45例颞叶癫痫合并抑郁的患者，其中采用常规抗癫痫治疗的患者作为对照组（22例），在对照组基础上联合西酞普兰治疗的患者作为治疗组（23例），分析比较两组患者的临床用药情况。结果：两组患者临床治疗总有效率、总不良反应率、HAMA评分和HAMD评分比较，差异均存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：临床安全合理的用药对颞叶癫痫合并抑郁焦虑患者的预后具有显著疗效，改善患者抑郁、焦虑情绪，安全性高，建议在临床治疗中首先选择抗抑郁药物西酞普兰进行联合治疗。

목적：대섭협전간합병억욱초필환자진행림상평고，병대기연합용약적효과진행분석。방법：선택45례섭협전간합병억욱적환자，기중채용상규항전간치료적환자작위대조조（22례），재대조조기출상연합서태보란치료적환자작위치료조（23례），분석비교량조환자적림상용약정황。결과：량조환자림상치료총유효솔、총불량반응솔、HAMA평분화HAMD평분비교，차이균존재통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：림상안전합리적용약대섭협전간합병억욱초필환자적예후구유현저료효，개선환자억욱、초필정서，안전성고，건의재림상치료중수선선택항억욱약물서태보란진행연합치료。
Objective: To clinically evaluate patients with temporal lobe epilepsy accompanied with anxiety depression, and analyze the efficacy of medication combination.Method:Forty-five patients with temporal lobe epilepsy accompanied with depression were selected, patients who underwent conventional antiepileptic treatment were divided into the control group (22 cases), patients who underwent that combined citalopram treatment on the basis of the control group were divided into the treatment group (23 cases), and clinical medications between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result: The clinically total effective rate, total rate of adverse reaction, HAMA score, and HAMD score compared between the two groups showed that the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinically safety and rational medications delivers significant efficacy on the prognosis of patients with temporal lobe epilepsy accompanied with anxiety depression, improve depression and anxiety of patients, and cast high safety. It is recommended that the antidepressant medicine citalopram combination treatment is preferentially selected in clinical treatment.
