目的：探讨分析帕罗西汀治疗癫痫伴发抑郁的疗效以及安全性。方法：采取回顾性分析法，收集2010年3月-2014年4月本中心诊治的120例癫痫伴发抑郁患者的临床资料，全部患者均应用帕罗西汀治疗，服用剂量为10~30 mg，平均剂量为（25.8±12.4）mg，观察120例患者治疗3个月后的癫痫发作频率、抑郁症状变化和副作用变化，并对治疗前后各指标进行比较分析。结果：经治疗后，110例患者抑郁症状有所好转，汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分明显下降，治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；患者癫痫发作频率无显著变化，且在发作时没有加重（P>0.05）。常见副作用为头晕，多发生于治疗后1个月内，经对症处理后均有所改善。结论：经本次研究结果的分析可知，应用帕罗西汀治疗癫痫伴发抑郁，安全且有效，可有效改善患者抑郁症状，减少癫痫发作的次数，不良反应少且轻，可获得显著且良好的效果，值得在临床中应用以及推广。
目的：探討分析帕囉西汀治療癲癇伴髮抑鬱的療效以及安全性。方法：採取迴顧性分析法，收集2010年3月-2014年4月本中心診治的120例癲癇伴髮抑鬱患者的臨床資料，全部患者均應用帕囉西汀治療，服用劑量為10~30 mg，平均劑量為（25.8±12.4）mg，觀察120例患者治療3箇月後的癲癇髮作頻率、抑鬱癥狀變化和副作用變化，併對治療前後各指標進行比較分析。結果：經治療後，110例患者抑鬱癥狀有所好轉，漢密爾頓抑鬱量錶評分明顯下降，治療前後比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；患者癲癇髮作頻率無顯著變化，且在髮作時沒有加重（P>0.05）。常見副作用為頭暈，多髮生于治療後1箇月內，經對癥處理後均有所改善。結論：經本次研究結果的分析可知，應用帕囉西汀治療癲癇伴髮抑鬱，安全且有效，可有效改善患者抑鬱癥狀，減少癲癇髮作的次數，不良反應少且輕，可穫得顯著且良好的效果，值得在臨床中應用以及推廣。
목적：탐토분석파라서정치료전간반발억욱적료효이급안전성。방법：채취회고성분석법，수집2010년3월-2014년4월본중심진치적120례전간반발억욱환자적림상자료，전부환자균응용파라서정치료，복용제량위10~30 mg，평균제량위（25.8±12.4）mg，관찰120례환자치료3개월후적전간발작빈솔、억욱증상변화화부작용변화，병대치료전후각지표진행비교분석。결과：경치료후，110례환자억욱증상유소호전，한밀이돈억욱량표평분명현하강，치료전후비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；환자전간발작빈솔무현저변화，차재발작시몰유가중（P>0.05）。상견부작용위두훈，다발생우치료후1개월내，경대증처리후균유소개선。결론：경본차연구결과적분석가지，응용파라서정치료전간반발억욱，안전차유효，가유효개선환자억욱증상，감소전간발작적차수，불량반응소차경，가획득현저차량호적효과，치득재림상중응용이급추엄。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the efficacy and safety of Paroxetine in the treatment of epilepsy associated with depression.Method:According to retrospective analysis method,the clinical data of 120 epileptic patients with depression in our center from March 2010 to April 2014 were collected,all patients were given Paroxetine therapy,the dose was 10-30 mg,the average dose was (25.8+12.4)mg,the seizure frequency,changes of depressive symptoms and side effects in 120 patients after 3 months of treatment were observed,and the each indexes before and after treatment were analyzed.Result:After treatment,the symptoms of depression in 110 patients had improved,Hamilton Depression Scale score decreased significantly,before and after treatment comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant change in seizure frequency of patients,and with no aggravation in attack(P>0.05).The common side effect is dizziness,occurred within 1 month after treatment,all of them after symptomatic treatment had improved.Conclusion:Through analysis of the results of this study show that Paroxetine in the treatment of epilepsy associated with depression,is safe and effective,and can improve depressive symptoms of patients,reduce the frequency of epileptic seizures,fewer side effects and light,obvious and good results can be obtained,is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
