帕金森病是中老年人常见的一种慢性中枢神经系统变性疾病，严重影响患者的生活质量。帕金森病和糖尿病有许多类似的发病机制，包括年龄、环境因素、遗传易感性、氧化应激、炎性反应等。胰岛素和多巴胺在糖尿病和帕金森病的发病过程中发挥一定作用，提示帕金森病与糖尿病之间可能存在联系。糖尿病可能会加重帕金森病的临床症状，加快帕金森病的病情进展。本文就二者之间的相关性进行综述。

Parkinson's disease, a degenerative disease of central nervous system which is very common in middle aged and elderly people, affects life quality of the patients seriously. Parkinson's disease and diabetes mellitus share similar pathogenesis in many respects, including age, environmental factors, hereditary susceptibility, oxidative stress and in-flammatory reaction, etc. Moreover, insulin and dopamine exert certain influence during pathogenetic process, which im-plies that there may be some kinds of relationships between PD and diabetes mellitus. Furthermore, diabetes mellitus may aggravate clinical symptoms of PD and contribute to its progress. Therefore, this thesis aims to carry out a correla-tion research between PD and diabetes mellitus.
