3D电视是主要的发展趋势之一。随着3D内容和频道的增多,3D电视用户逐渐增多。3D电视能够增强用户的立体感知,但是也会带来一些负面的影响。了解用户的3D体验及其影响机制,不但能够帮助提高用户体验,减少观看时的不适感,也能用于指导3D电视内容的制作与播放,从而促进3D电视产业的良性发展。本文分析了影响3D电视观看体验的原理和因素,提出了一个多维度的3D电视体验模型,介绍了国外3D电视用户体验的评价方法和实验研究。最后,提出了将来的主要研究方向。本文将为我国3D电视用户体验研究提供一定的理论基础。

3DTV is one of the major trends for the TV industry. 3DTV users begin to increase with more and more 3DTV contents and channels. 3DTV should provide enhanced depth perception to viewers while it might affect other factors of user experience. Therefore,understanding user experience and its influen-cing mechanism become particularly important. It not only helps us to enhance user experience and reduce visual discomfort,but also can be used for the production and broadcasting of 3DTV. Eventually,it will help the positive development of 3DTV industry. This paper analyzes the principal theory and factors for 3DTV user experience,proposes a multi-dimensional model of 3DTV use experience,and introduces the assessment methods and experimental research for the quality of experience of 3DTV. Finally,several fu-ture research trends are discussed. This paper will provide a solid theoretical foundation for future studies on 3DTV user experience.
