目的:建立同时测定肝甦颗粒中白藜芦醇和绿原酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。色谱柱为WondaSil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(25:75, V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为305 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为20μl。结果白藜芦醇的质量浓度在1.0~81.0μg/ml与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为100.5%(RSD=2.42%, n=6);绿原酸的质量浓度在9.6~307.2μg/ml与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为99.7%(RSD=2.06%, n=6)。结论本方法准确、重现性好,可用于肝甦颗粒的制剂质量控制。

목적:건립동시측정간소과립중백려호순화록원산함량적방법。방법채용고효액상색보법(HPLC)。색보주위WondaSil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),류동상위을정-0.4%린산수용액(25:75, V/V),류속위1.0 ml/min,검측파장위305 nm,주온위25℃,진양량위20μl。결과백려호순적질량농도재1.0~81.0μg/ml여기봉면적정량호적선성관계(r=0.9997),평균가양회수솔위100.5%(RSD=2.42%, n=6);록원산적질량농도재9.6~307.2μg/ml여기봉면적정량호적선성관계(r=0.9996),평균가양회수솔위99.7%(RSD=2.06%, n=6)。결론본방법준학、중현성호,가용우간소과립적제제질량공제。
Objective To establish simultaneous content determination method of resveratrol and chlorogenic acid in Gansu granules. Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied, with chromatographic column as WondaSil C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5μm), mobile phase as acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid solution (25∶75, V/V), flow velocity as 1.0 ml/min, determine wavelength as 305 nm, column temperature as 25℃, and sample volume as 20μl. Results Resveratrol in content of 1.0~81.0μg/ml had good linear relation with its peak area (r=0.9997), and its average standard recovery rate was 100.5%(RSD=2.42%, n=6). Chlorogenic acid in content of 9.6~307.2μg/ml had good linear relation with its peak area (r=0.9996), and its average standard recovery rate was 99.7% (RSD=2.06%, n=6). Conclusion This method is accurate and repeatable, and it can be applied in quality control of Gansu granules.
