[目的]探讨疼痛护理联合吴茱萸热熨在泌尿外科腹腔镜术后病人中的应用效果。[方法]选取90例在泌尿外科行腹腔镜手术的病人作为研究对象，采用单盲随机数字分组法将其分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组予以常规疼痛护理，观察组则在对照组的基础上给予吴茱萸热熨治疗，对比两组病人术后疼痛开始时间、不同时间段的疼痛程度、胃肠功能恢复情况及满意度调查。[结果]两组病人术后初始疼痛时间及视觉模拟评分法(VSA)评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)；观察组病人术后12 h、24 h 及48 h 的 VSA 评分均低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.01)；观察组病人术后排气及首次排便时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；观察组病人对护理工作的满意度也明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]泌尿外科腹腔镜术后病人采用疼痛护理联合吴茱萸热熨干预，能有效缓解病人疼痛程度，促进胃肠功能的恢复。
[목적]탐토동통호리연합오수유열의재비뇨외과복강경술후병인중적응용효과。[방법]선취90례재비뇨외과행복강경수술적병인작위연구대상，채용단맹수궤수자분조법장기분위대조조화관찰조각45례。대조조여이상규동통호리，관찰조칙재대조조적기출상급여오수유열의치료，대비량조병인술후동통개시시간、불동시간단적동통정도、위장공능회복정황급만의도조사。[결과]량조병인술후초시동통시간급시각모의평분법(VSA)평분비교，차이균무통계학의의(P >0.05)；관찰조병인술후12 h、24 h 급48 h 적 VSA 평분균저우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의(P <0.01)；관찰조병인술후배기급수차배편시간균단우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)；관찰조병인대호리공작적만의도야명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。[결론]비뇨외과복강경술후병인채용동통호리연합오수유열의간예，능유효완해병인동통정도，촉진위장공능적회복。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of pain care combined with fructus evodiae hot ironing for patients after laparoscopic surgery in the department of urology.Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients after laparoscopic surgery were selected in the department of urology as the research objects and they were divided in-to control group and observation group,45 cases in each by using the single blind random digit grouping meth-od.The patients in control group received routine pain care.On the basis of the care of patients in control group,the patients in observation group were treated with fructus evodiae,then to compare the postoperative pain starting time,the degree of pain in different time,the recovery of gastrointestinal function and satisfaction survey.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in initial pain time and initial pain VSA score of patients between both groups after operation (P >0.05).Postoperative 12h,24h and 48h VSA scores of obser-vation group patients were lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).The postoperative exhaust time and the first defecation time in observation group were shorter than that in control group,and there was a significant difference (P <0.05).The observation group patients'satisfaction with nursing work was significantly higher than that in control group,and there was a statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:Pain care combined with fructus evodiae hot ironing intervention applied for the patients after laparoscopic surgery in department of urology can effectively alleviate the pain degree of pa-tients and promote their recovery of gastrointestinal function.
