在大学生就业难和企业用工荒的双重背景下,教育部为贯彻党的十八大关于“加快发展现代职业教育,推动高等教育内涵式发展”号召,积极推进地方本科院校向应用技术大学转型发展,开启我国应用技术大学特色办学之路新篇章。应用技术大学紧跟市场需求,采用校企合作、工学交替教育模式,为服务区域经济社会培养高级应用型人才,并努力解决地方高校普遍存在的校企互动缺乏、产教融合不深、服务区域经济能力低下等问题。当前应该加强校企互动,提高应用型学科研究和科研转化能力,坚持走“以服务地方社会经济为核心”的错位竞争办学之路。

재대학생취업난화기업용공황적쌍중배경하,교육부위관철당적십팔대관우“가쾌발전현대직업교육,추동고등교육내함식발전”호소,적겁추진지방본과원교향응용기술대학전형발전,개계아국응용기술대학특색판학지로신편장。응용기술대학긴근시장수구,채용교기합작、공학교체교육모식,위복무구역경제사회배양고급응용형인재,병노력해결지방고교보편존재적교기호동결핍、산교융합불심、복무구역경제능력저하등문제。당전응해가강교기호동,제고응용형학과연구화과연전화능력,견지주“이복무지방사회경제위핵심”적착위경쟁판학지로。
Under the background of college students’ difficult employment and enterprise labor shortage, in order to implement the call to speed up the development of modern vocational education and promote higher education connotation development on The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, the Ministry of Education actively promotes the transformation from local college to university of applied sciences to serve the local development. With school-enterprise cooperation and working-learning alternation education mode, Univer-sity of Applied Sciences keeps up with market demand by cultivating advanced technicians to serve regional social economy as well as striving to solve the problems that local colleges all have, such as lack of interaction between school and enterprise, the low integration of production and education, the low ability of serving the regional economy. Currently, it should strengthen school enterprise interaction and improve the ability of applied science research and scientific research transformation. University of applied sciences should persist in the road of stagger competition education based on serving local social economy.
