应用有限元分析软件 ANSYS,对烧结炉端盖齿啮式连接快开结构进行了参数化建模。以质量为目标函数,以许用应力为约束条件,对该结构的尺寸进行了优化。结果表明,优化后的尺寸可满足强度设计要求,并可有效地减轻结构质量,为类似的快开结构设计提供了数据依据。
應用有限元分析軟件 ANSYS,對燒結爐耑蓋齒齧式連接快開結構進行瞭參數化建模。以質量為目標函數,以許用應力為約束條件,對該結構的呎吋進行瞭優化。結果錶明,優化後的呎吋可滿足彊度設計要求,併可有效地減輕結構質量,為類似的快開結構設計提供瞭數據依據。

The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to propose a parametric model of the quick-opening structure with tooth-locked sintering furnace cover.The structure design was optimized by using weight parameter as the objective function and using allowable stress as constraints.Based on the optimal sizes the intensity design requirements were met and the weight of the structure was reduced effectively.Data reference for the similar quick-opening structure design was given in this paper.
