目的:探讨动态增强磁共振成像和高频彩超在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取本院95例高度疑诊乳腺癌患者,全部患者采用德国西门子1.5T超导型磁共振成像仪行动态增强磁共振成像检查,应用Philips5000型彩超声诊断仪行高频彩超检查。比较两者单独应用及联合应用对乳腺癌的诊断效能。结果:以术后病理检查作为金标准,动态增强磁共振成像对乳腺癌的诊断符合率为84.21%(96/114),高频彩超对乳腺癌的诊断符合率为84.21%(96/114),动态增强磁共振成像和高频彩超两者联合对乳腺癌的诊断符合率为95.61%(109/114),与单独应用动态增强磁共振成像比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两者联合诊断符合率较单独应用高频彩超比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动态增强磁共振成像和高频彩超在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值相当,但两者联合应用具有显著提高乳腺癌诊断准确度。

목적:탐토동태증강자공진성상화고빈채초재유선암진단중적응용개치。방법:선취본원95례고도의진유선암환자,전부환자채용덕국서문자1.5T초도형자공진성상의행동태증강자공진성상검사,응용Philips5000형채초성진단의행고빈채초검사。비교량자단독응용급연합응용대유선암적진단효능。결과:이술후병리검사작위금표준,동태증강자공진성상대유선암적진단부합솔위84.21%(96/114),고빈채초대유선암적진단부합솔위84.21%(96/114),동태증강자공진성상화고빈채초량자연합대유선암적진단부합솔위95.61%(109/114),여단독응용동태증강자공진성상비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05),량자연합진단부합솔교단독응용고빈채초비교차이역유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:동태증강자공진성상화고빈채초재유선암진단중적응용개치상당,단량자연합응용구유현저제고유선암진단준학도。
Objective:To investigate the application value of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Method:95 patients with highly suspected breast cancer in our hospital were selected,all patients were given dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging examination by Germany's SIEMENS 1.5T superconductive enhanced magnetic resonance imaging,Philips5000 type color ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus was used for high frequency color Doppler ultrasound examination.The diagnostic efficacy on separate application and combined application for breast cancer were compared.Result:The postoperative pathology as the gold standard,the diagnosis coincidence rate of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging for breast cancer was 84.21%(96/114),the diagnosis coincidence rate of high frequency ultrasound for breast cancer was was 84.21%(96/114),the diagnosis coincidence rate of the combination of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and high frequency ultrasound for breast cancer was 95.61%(109/114),compared with separate application of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and high frequency ultrasound,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer are equivalent,but the combined application can significantly increase the diagnosis accuracy of breast cancer.
