通过对某公司电站锅炉屏式再热器出口联箱泄漏的原因分析,表明泄漏原因是:联箱在长期高温高压应力环境下运行中,异种钢焊接焊缝产生微裂纹,不断扩展,最终导致在低周高应力环境下开裂泄漏,事后在检修过程中采用合理的补焊修复工艺,全过程质量监控,成功修复联箱部件。
通過對某公司電站鍋爐屏式再熱器齣口聯箱洩漏的原因分析,錶明洩漏原因是:聯箱在長期高溫高壓應力環境下運行中,異種鋼銲接銲縫產生微裂紋,不斷擴展,最終導緻在低週高應力環境下開裂洩漏,事後在檢脩過程中採用閤理的補銲脩複工藝,全過程質量鑑控,成功脩複聯箱部件。

Leakage occurred at the header of platen reheater in a company. After analysis, it is concluded that the reason for leakage is that welding seam cracked microly due to long-term operation under high temperature and high stress environment. The seam incessantly extend and finally ruptured in the low cycle and high stress cracking leakage force environment. Since reasonable repair welding technology was adopted in the the repair process, the faulty equipment was repaired successfully.
