目的：观察多潘立酮联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者的实际效果。方法：选取本院2013年12月-2014年12月收治的50例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者作为研究对象，按硬币法将其分为对照组和试验组，每组25例。对照组采用潘立酮治疗，试验组采用多潘立酮联合硫辛酸治疗，观察比较两组患者的消化道症状评分、胃运动X线检查结果、治疗前后血糖水平、治疗效果及用药安全性。结果：经治疗后，试验组的胃脘胀满、早饱、恶心呕吐、厌食、嗳气症状评分均明显低于对照组，蠕动波起始时间、蠕动波间隔时间及胃排空时间均明显短于对照组，空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均明显低于对照组，临床治疗总有效率92.0%明显高于对照组的68.0%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：多潘立酮结合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者的效果满意，值得临床应用、推广。

목적：관찰다반립동연합류신산치료당뇨병성위경탄환자적실제효과。방법：선취본원2013년12월-2014년12월수치적50례당뇨병성위경탄환자작위연구대상，안경폐법장기분위대조조화시험조，매조25례。대조조채용반립동치료，시험조채용다반립동연합류신산치료，관찰비교량조환자적소화도증상평분、위운동X선검사결과、치료전후혈당수평、치료효과급용약안전성。결과：경치료후，시험조적위완창만、조포、악심구토、염식、애기증상평분균명현저우대조조，연동파기시시간、연동파간격시간급위배공시간균명현단우대조조，공복혈당、찬후2 h혈당수평균명현저우대조조，림상치료총유효솔92.0%명현고우대조조적68.0%，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：다반립동결합류신산치료당뇨병성위경탄환자적효과만의，치득림상응용、추엄。
Objective:To observe the practical effect of Domperidone combined with Thioctic Acid in the treatment of patients with diabetic gastroparesis.Method:50 patients with diabetic gastroparesis who received and cured in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to coin method.The control group was given Domperidone for treatment,the experimental group was given Domperidone combined with Thioctic Acid for treatment.The digestive tract symptom scores,gastric motility X-ray examination results,blood glucose level before and after treatment,curative effect and drug safety between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment,the symptom scores of epigastric fullness,early satiety,nausea and vomiting, anorexia,belching in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,the peristaltic waves start time, interval time of peristaltic waves and gastric emptying time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than the control group,fasting blood glucose and postprandial two-hour blood glucose of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than 68.0% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Domperidone and Thioctic Acid in the treatment of patients with diabetic gastroparesis is satisfactory.Thus,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
