设计了继电保护故障信息系统主站智能分析功能,开发双端测距程序,提高故障测距精度;依据电网故障时故障信息主站收集到的站端设备上送到主站系统的故障信息,基于模拟量、开关量和装置报文等多元信息形成一个全面的保护动作综合分析报告,为调度员快速判断电网故障情况,做出正确的调度决策提供技术支持。

This paper introduces intelligent analysis of the system for relay protection fault information, which helps to develop the programme of double terminal fault location and improve the accuracy of fault location. When there is something wrong with the power grid , the system will collect the fault information sent from station terminal equipment to the master. Meanwhile, based on the multi-information such as analog quantity, switching quantity and device message, it automatically generate an analysis report. The report provides the technical support so that the dispatcher can in no time judge where the power grid fault is and take appropriate measures.
