目的：探讨双头输液器在优质护理服务病房的的应用及效果。方法选取2013年12月～2014年5月我院神经内科收住的300例患者为研究对象，根据是否应用双头输液器分为观察组（150例）与对照组（150例）。对比应用不同输液器后两组的病房红灯率及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组在病房红灯使用率方面明显低于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；此外在对护理工作的满意度方面，两组差异有显著统计学意义，观察组高于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。结论使用双头输液器可有效降低病房红灯率，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
목적：탐토쌍두수액기재우질호리복무병방적적응용급효과。방법선취2013년12월～2014년5월아원신경내과수주적300례환자위연구대상，근거시부응용쌍두수액기분위관찰조（150례）여대조조（150례）。대비응용불동수액기후량조적병방홍등솔급대호리공작적만의도。결과관찰조재병방홍등사용솔방면명현저우대조조（ P ＜0．05）；차외재대호리공작적만의도방면，량조차이유현저통계학의의，관찰조고우대조조（ P ＜0．05）。결론사용쌍두수액기가유효강저병방홍등솔，제고환자대호리공작적만의도。
Objective To explore the effects and applications of double head transfusion device in high quality nursing service ward .Methods 300 neurology patients who were trated in our hospital from Decem‐ber 2013 to May 2014 were collected .According to whether or not to use double head transfusion device they were divided into two growps ,the observation group and the control group .The red light rate and patients’ satisfaction on nursing work were compared between the two growps .Results The observation group in the red light rate was significantly lower than control group( P <0 .05);In terms of patients’ satisfaction ,statistically significant differences between the two groups ,observation group was higher than the control group( P <0 .05) .Conclusion The use of double head transfusion device can effectively decrease the red light rate and improve patients’ satisfaction of nursing work .
