随着的多媒体教学的应用和发展，为了有效利用高校教育信息化系统中保存的大量信息，进而对教学情况进行科学合理地评估，本文提出了改进的主成分聚类分析法并构建了基于此方法的学生成绩综合评价模型。首先对原始数据集进行了变换处理，再对评价指标进行预处理，进而结合系统聚类法对综合主成分结果进行系统聚类，最后对某高校学生成绩综合评价进行了改进的模型验证。仿真结果正确可靠，表明了此方法在教育信息化中应用的有效性，最终为教育教学管理者提供了决策支持。

In order to effectively use a large number of information accumulated in the college education informationization system and scientifically and rationally evaluate students’ comprehensive learning, the improved principal component cluster analysis is proposed to build a comprehensive evaluation model of student achievement. Firstly, conversion processing is set to the original data involved in a nonlinear relationship. Secondly, standard, equal-ized or extreme preprocessing is used on the evaluation index. Then, hierarchical clustering method is made on the re-sults of comprehensive principal component. In the end, an improved method validation is made on the comprehensive evaluation of student achievement in some universities. The correct and reliable simulation results illustrate the effec-tiveness of the improved principal component cluster analysis in the application of education informationization, which ultimately provides decisive support for education administrators.
