针对常用的舰空导弹武器系统作战效能评估方法在应用上的不足,围绕武器系统作战效能概念,提出了基于KARSC指标体系的舰空导弹多次射击作战效能评估方法,包括构建KARSC指标体系、提出舰空导弹单次射击作战效能模型与KARSC的评估方法等,可评定舰空导弹多次射击作战效能指标,评估单艘水面舰艇上单个舰空导弹武器系统作战效能。评估事例表明了该方法的可行性与有效性。

Aiming at the application insufficiency for common operational effectiveness evaluation methodologies of ship‐to‐air missile weapon system ,a new methodology of ship‐to‐air missile multiple fires based on KARSC index system is pro‐posed according to operational effectiveness concept ,such as establishment of KARSC index system ,putting forward opera‐tional effectiveness model of ship‐to‐air missile single fire and KARSC evaluation methodologies ,which can assess the opera‐tional effectiveness evaluation index of ship‐to‐air missile multiple fires for single weapon system onboard single surface ship . The instance shows feasibility and effectiveness of the methodology .
