目的:探讨合作性学习与角色互换相结合的免疫学检验新型实验教学模式的教学效果。方法以菏泽医专2012级检验专业1、2班为研究对象,1班为实验组,免疫学检验实验教学采用合作性学习与角色互换相结合的教学模式,2班为对照班,采用传统教学模式,对比分析两种教学模式的教学效果,并进行学生满意度问卷调查。结果实验组理论及实践技能考试成绩(90.53±7.02,89.65±6.54)均高于对照组(82.41±9.62,81.48±10.06,P<0.05),二者有显著性差异,实验组学生满意度高于对照组。结论合作性学习与角色互换相结合的免疫学检验新型实验教学模式可明显提高教学效果,提升学生综合素质,值得在医高专推广应用。

목적:탐토합작성학습여각색호환상결합적면역학검험신형실험교학모식적교학효과。방법이하택의전2012급검험전업1、2반위연구대상,1반위실험조,면역학검험실험교학채용합작성학습여각색호환상결합적교학모식,2반위대조반,채용전통교학모식,대비분석량충교학모식적교학효과,병진행학생만의도문권조사。결과실험조이론급실천기능고시성적(90.53±7.02,89.65±6.54)균고우대조조(82.41±9.62,81.48±10.06,P<0.05),이자유현저성차이,실험조학생만의도고우대조조。결론합작성학습여각색호환상결합적면역학검험신형실험교학모식가명현제고교학효과,제승학생종합소질,치득재의고전추엄응용。
Objective To discuss the teaching efficiency of the new experimental teaching mode about co‐operative learning and role exchange in Immunology test .Methods Choosing class1 ,2 as the research object of 2012 level medical examination specialty in our college ,class1 as the experimental group ,class 2 as the control group ,in the experimental teaching ,the experimental group were taught by new experimental teaching mode ,the control group were taught by the traditional teaching mode .The performance was com‐pared between the two groups ,and the questionnaires were used between them .Results The result of theo‐ry and practice skills of the experimental group (90 .53 ± 7 .02 ,89 .65 ± 6 .54)were higher than the control group(82 .41 ± 9 .62 ,81 .48 ± 10 .06 ,P<0 .05) ,Student satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group . Conclusion The new experimental teaching mode about cooperative learning and role ex‐change may improve the teaching effect significantly and students'comprehensive quality ,is worthy of popu‐larization and application in the medical colleges .
