随着我国社会经济的快速发展以及社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善，社会经济主体创业合作需求越来越多，相应的创新合作方式创新需求也在急剧增长。当前我国的创业投资主体合作方式还主要集中在技术转让、技术入股等创业投资主体合作的初级方式，存在着合作方式的单调，对创新活动的推动力不强等问题。面对创业投资主体合作方式的严峻形势，创新投资主体合作方式是主要的解决途径。坚持自主创新，能够让创业投资主体合作的方式更加多样，让创业投资主体的合作内容更加丰富，让创业投资主体的合作对创新活动更具推动力。

As China’s social economy develops rapidly and socialist market economic system grows perfect, the venture cooperation of economic subjects has become more and more, and innovative cooperations and requirements are increasing rapidly. Nowadays, the co-operative way of investment subjects is in the elementary stage, such as technology transfer and technology investment, which shows that the cooperative way is monotonous and the drive for innovation is weak. As the cooperative way of venture investment is confronted with serious challenges, the cooperative way of innovative investment becomes the main trend. If we prefer innovation in cooperative way, we can diversify the cooperative way of venture subjects, thus making the cooperative content much richer and the cooperation more flexible.
