目的：分析腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位合并不孕症的临床疗效。方法将2013年1月至2014年1月期间收治的子宫内膜异位症患者70例，随机分为两组：腹腔镜＋GnRH‐a组（即观察组）35例，采用腹腔镜保守手术联合GnRH‐a治疗；腹腔镜手术组（即对照组）35例，单纯采用腹腔镜手术治疗。随访观察比较两组子宫内膜异位症的复发情况、药物副反应、妊娠情况等。结果随访12个月，两组患者的总有效率、妊娠率以及复发率比较，差异均有显著性统计学意义（ P均＜0．05）。结论腹腔镜保守手术联合GnRH‐a治疗子宫内膜异位合并不孕症可以有效提高临床疗效以及妊娠率，降低复发率，是一种科学、有效的治疗方法。
목적：분석복강경연합약물치료자궁내막이위합병불잉증적림상료효。방법장2013년1월지2014년1월기간수치적자궁내막이위증환자70례，수궤분위량조：복강경＋GnRH‐a조（즉관찰조）35례，채용복강경보수수술연합GnRH‐a치료；복강경수술조（즉대조조）35례，단순채용복강경수술치료。수방관찰비교량조자궁내막이위증적복발정황、약물부반응、임신정황등。결과수방12개월，량조환자적총유효솔、임신솔이급복발솔비교，차이균유현저성통계학의의（ P균＜0．05）。결론복강경보수수술연합GnRH‐a치료자궁내막이위합병불잉증가이유효제고림상료효이급임신솔，강저복발솔，시일충과학、유효적치료방법。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect in treatment of endometriosis associated with infertil‐ity laparoscopy combined with drug .Methods 70 patients with endometriosis treated during 2013 January to 2014 January ,were randomly divided into two groups :laparoscopic group + GnRH‐a (observation group) 35 cases ,laparoscopic conservative operation combined with GnRH‐a treatment ;laparoscopic oper‐ation group (control group) of 35 cases with laparoscopic operation treatment ,Dan Chuncai .Relapse were observed and compared between the two groups , endometriosis , pregnancy , adverse drug reaction . Results The patients were followed up for 12 months , the two groups of patients with total effective rate , pregnancy rate and recurrence rate comparison , there was significant difference ( P <0 .05) .Conclusion Laparoscopic conservative operation combined with Gn‐RH‐a in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility can effectively improve the clinical cura‐tive effect and pregnancy rate ,reduce the recurrence rate ,is a scientific ,effective treatment method .
