目的：探讨早期护理干预在预防产妇产后尿潴留的效果；方法：将98例产妇分为对照组和观察组给予常规护理和早期护理干预，对比护理效果；结果：观察组尿潴留护理总有效率（95.9%）高于对照组（77.6%）且首次排尿平均所需时间（40.7±6.4min）、导尿率（4.1%）以及尿潴留率（12.2%）低于对照组均排尿平均所需时间（63.4±9.6min）、导尿率（6.1%）以及尿潴留率（16.3%），且P<0.05；讨论：早期护理干预能够有效预防产后尿潴留产生，值得推广和应用。

목적：탐토조기호리간예재예방산부산후뇨저류적효과；방법：장98례산부분위대조조화관찰조급여상규호리화조기호리간예，대비호리효과；결과：관찰조뇨저류호리총유효솔（95.9%）고우대조조（77.6%）차수차배뇨평균소수시간（40.7±6.4min）、도뇨솔（4.1%）이급뇨저류솔（12.2%）저우대조조균배뇨평균소수시간（63.4±9.6min）、도뇨솔（6.1%）이급뇨저류솔（16.3%），차P<0.05；토론：조기호리간예능구유효예방산후뇨저류산생，치득추엄화응용。
Objective to explore the early nursing intervention to prevent the effect of maternal postpartum urinary retention;Methods98cases of maternal can be divided into control group and observation group was given routine nursing and early nursing intervention,compare the nursing effect;Results Urinary retention nursing observation group total effective rate(95.9%)than the control group(77.6%)and micturition time required for the first time (40.7±6.4min),urethral catheterization rate(4.1%)and urinary retention rate is lower than the control group (12.2%)had time needed for voiding (63.4±9.6min);Discussion early nursing intervention can effectively prevent postpartum urinary retention,worthy of popularization and application.
