法治是国家文明的象征，是治国的基本方略。党的十八大以来，习近平总书记在系列讲话中突显出其中国特色社会主义的法治思想。从立法与法治、权力与法治、司法与法治、人权与法治、守法与法治等诸多关系去梳理其法治思想中的新思维、新突破，对法治中国的建设，提高国家治理能力都有着深刻的意义。

법치시국가문명적상정，시치국적기본방략。당적십팔대이래，습근평총서기재계렬강화중돌현출기중국특색사회주의적법치사상。종입법여법치、권력여법치、사법여법치、인권여법치、수법여법치등제다관계거소리기법치사상중적신사유、신돌파，대법치중국적건설，제고국가치리능력도유착심각적의의。
Law-based governance is the symbol of state civilization as well as the basic lines for governing a country. And the thought of socialist rule of law with distinctive Chinese features is stressed in the series of speeches by Xi Jin-ping after 18th CPC National Con-gress. And sorting out the new thinkings and breakthroughs from the relationships such as law-making and rule of law, justice and rule of law, human right and rule of law as well law-abiding and rule of law, and so on plays an important role in building law-based China and improving the governance of our China.
