多义词的引申义中可以分析出借代义的词义类型。借代义把他事物的词形借作本事物的名称来用，从而使这个借用的词形不能有理据地联系借代义所指事物的一般本质属性，由此显示它跟引申义不同。借代义有本无其词的借代、本有其词的借代和借占性借代三种类型。借代义借用他事物词形有帮助事物命名、凸显人对事物主观感受的一面，也有使一个多音的语言单位失去原有词形字面理据的一面。

The types of metonymy words’meaning can be analysed from the extended meaning of polysemant’s trans-ferred meaning,by taking the morphology of other things as its name,and thus the used word could not indicate the general essential attribute of metonymy,Which shows the difference between metonymy meaning and extended meaning. Some me-tonymies do not have corresponding words while some have corresponding words,and some of the words borrow and take others’. Metonymy using the form of other words could assist nominat things and highlight subjective feeling of people,and on the other side it makes a polyphony that can not show the connected meaning literally.
