本实验建立了测定貉子被毛中铜、锌、锰含量的微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱(FASS)法,并用该方法对冀东地区貉子被毛中铜、锌、锰含量进行了测定。样品先采用微波消解进行处理,用FASS法进行测定。本方法相关系数分别为铜0.9999、锌0.9991、锰0.9998,铜、锌、锰检出限分别为20、3、8滋g/L,经人发标准物质检测此方法回收率和精密度良好。用本方法测定样品的结果显示,皮用貉子被毛中铜、锌、锰的平均含量分别为18.04、262.24、35.31滋g/g。由此可见,按一定规格采集貉子被毛样品,采用本方法测定貉子被毛中铜、锌、锰的含量,可以作为机体总负荷的指征,从而指导貉子养殖和饲料生产。

The method for determination of Cu,Zn and Mn in fur of raccoon dog by flame atomic absorption spec-trometry linking microwave digestion were established,and the Cu,Zn and Mn in fur of raccoon dog in the ease of Hebei province were de termined.The samples were digested by microwave digestion and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The correlation coefficient for the standard curves of Cu,Zn and Mn were 0.999,0.9991 and 0.9998 respec-tively.The determination limit of Cu,Zn and Mn were 20,3,8 μg/L respectively.The content of Cu,Zn and Mn in fur of raccoon dog were 18.04,262.24,35.31 μg/g respectively.We can get indicator of nyctereutes body when the sample were collected with standard and the content of Cu,Zn and Mn were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry link-ing microwave digestion,which was the guidelines of raccoon dog culture and feed production.
