目的：优选补肾化瘀浸膏的最佳水提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交实验法，以干膏得率、淫羊藿苷和柚皮苷含量为考察指标，以提取时间、提取水量、提取次数为考察因素，筛选最佳水提取工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺为：药材加8倍量水，提取3次，每次1h。结论该提取工艺科学合理，稳定可靠，可行性佳，可作为实际生产提取工艺。
목적：우선보신화어침고적최가수제취공예。방법채용L9(34)정교실험법，이간고득솔、음양곽감화유피감함량위고찰지표，이제취시간、제취수량、제취차수위고찰인소，사선최가수제취공예조건。결과최가제취공예위：약재가8배량수，제취3차，매차1h。결론해제취공예과학합리，은정가고，가행성가，가작위실제생산제취공예。
Objective To optimize the aqueous extraction process for bushenhuayu extracts (BSHY). Meth-ods L9 (34 ) orthogonal experiments were conducted to choose the optimal conditions by using naringin and icariin as quantitative index. The factors included time,volume of water,frequence of extraction. Results The optimal conditions were 8 fold volume of water with 1 h per time for three times. Conclusion The method of extraction is reasonable,sta-ble and relatively ideal to extract the active ingredients of BSHY for its real preparation.
