目的:优选补肾化瘀浸膏的最佳水提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交实验法,以干膏得率、淫羊藿苷和柚皮苷含量为考察指标,以提取时间、提取水量、提取次数为考察因素,筛选最佳水提取工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺为:药材加8倍量水,提取3次,每次1h。结论该提取工艺科学合理,稳定可靠,可行性佳,可作为实际生产提取工艺。
目的:優選補腎化瘀浸膏的最佳水提取工藝。方法採用L9(34)正交實驗法,以榦膏得率、淫羊藿苷和柚皮苷含量為攷察指標,以提取時間、提取水量、提取次數為攷察因素,篩選最佳水提取工藝條件。結果最佳提取工藝為:藥材加8倍量水,提取3次,每次1h。結論該提取工藝科學閤理,穩定可靠,可行性佳,可作為實際生產提取工藝。
목적:우선보신화어침고적최가수제취공예。방법채용L9(34)정교실험법,이간고득솔、음양곽감화유피감함량위고찰지표,이제취시간、제취수량、제취차수위고찰인소,사선최가수제취공예조건。결과최가제취공예위:약재가8배량수,제취3차,매차1h。결론해제취공예과학합리,은정가고,가행성가,가작위실제생산제취공예。
Objective To optimize the aqueous extraction process for bushenhuayu extracts (BSHY). Meth-ods L9 (34 ) orthogonal experiments were conducted to choose the optimal conditions by using naringin and icariin as quantitative index. The factors included time,volume of water,frequence of extraction. Results The optimal conditions were 8 fold volume of water with 1 h per time for three times. Conclusion The method of extraction is reasonable,sta-ble and relatively ideal to extract the active ingredients of BSHY for its real preparation.
