2012~2014年,采用人工饲养实验观察法辅以野外调查法对中华山蝠(Nyctalus plancyi)冬眠期间生理特性及生态习性进行了初步研究.结果表明:中华山蝠冬眠期从当年的11月开始至翌年的3月结束,平均持续113±15.56 d;整个冬眠期冬眠阵10.2±3.03个,包含深冬眠阵和短冬眠阵两种形式,冬眠阵平均时长9.87±9.17 d;冬眠时间占整个冬眠期的77%±4.5%.中华山蝠在入眠前会积累大量的脂肪,体重增加到30 g 左右.越冬期内,中华山蝠苏醒状态下的最低环境温度为8℃,当环境温度降低到8℃以下时,全部个体进入冬眠.激醒后由醒到眠的呼吸频率变化很大,可在10 min 内从1225次/ min 下降到7次/ min.

From 2012 to 2014,the Preliminary research on the Physiological characteristics and eco ﹣ habits was conducted in Chinese noctule(Nyctalus Plancyi)during their hibernation. Body temPerature,ambient tem-Perature and activities were recorded before,during and after their hibernation Period. The results show that the hibernation Period of N. Plancyi was from November to March of the next year,which lasted 113 ± 15. 56 days.Ⅰn total,there were 10. 2 ± 3. 03 hibernation bouts during a winter,including deeP hibernation and short hiberna-tion,which averaged 9. 87 ± 9. 17 days. Hibernation bouts occurred on 77% ± 4. 5% of the days of the whole hibernation Period. N. pliancy accumulated a lot of fat before hibernation,and weigh 30 g or so. When the ambi-ent temPerature droPPed below 8℃ ,all the individuals got into torPor. During hibernation,the breathing frequen-cy changed greatly when bats got into sleeP again after arousal. Ⅰt can decrease from 1225 times / min to 7 times/ min in ten minutes.
