This paper introduces the concept and component elements of library resources, probes into some details of traditional library’s service mode transformation based on resources relocation, sums up some experiences of traditional library’s service mode transformation, and points out that the libraries with traditional small bay buildings should change their mind, carry out the integration of their resources under the situation that the library buildings and personnel resources have no change, and provide one-stop service and create new reading space by using their limited buildings in order to bring readers a new reading experiences.
