采用磷酸浸渍葵花籽壳在350~850℃的炭化温度下制备生物质活性炭并用自制的生物质活性炭吸附水溶液中的硝基苯.通过对磷酸浸渍比、磷酸浓度、炭化温度、溶液的 PH 值、吸附时间、吸附温度对吸附结果的影响等因素的研究,得到在磷酸浸渍比为2:1、磷酸浓度为50%、炭化温度为650℃条件下制得的活性炭比表面积达到1494.883 m2·g ﹣1;在吸附时间110 min、吸附温度为20℃、溶液 PH 为7的条件下其对水溶液中的硝基苯有最佳吸附效果.硝基苯的吸附去除率可达到95.82%、吸附量达到47.91 mg·g ﹣1.

The sunflower seeds shell has been imPregnated by PhosPhoric acid at a ration of 2:1,3:1,4:1,in PreParation of activated carbon from the carbonization temPerature 350 ~ 850 ℃. After examining the PhosPhoric acid imPregnation,the carbonization temPerature,the PH,the adsorPtion temPerature,and the adsorPtion time of the solution on the adsorPtion results. The results show that,in the PhosPhoric imPregnation ratio 2:1,the con-centration of the PhosPhoric acid is 50% ,the activated carbon surface area reached 1494. 883 m2 ·g ﹣ 1 at the car-bonization temPerature of 650 ℃ ,the obtained activated carbon,the PH is 7,adsorPtion temPerature of 20 ℃, adsorPtion time is 110 minutes,the best adsorPtion effect of adsorPtion of nitrobenzene can be obtained. The re-moval efficiency is 95. 82% and the adsorPtion caPacity is 47. 91 mg·g ﹣ 1 .
