以8﹣羟基喹啉﹣非离子表面活性剂 TritonX ﹣100为萃取体系测定碳酸饮料中痕量铅的含量.考察了温度、时间、PH 值、8﹣羟基喹啉用量、TritonX ﹣100用量、饱和氯化钠用量、离子强度等因素对萃取效果的影响.结果表明:在最佳条件下测定方法的检测限为4.39 ng/ mL,RSD 为7.4%,回收率在98.7%~99.7%,线性范围为200~500 ng/ mL,结果可靠,为碳酸饮料的质量控制提供参考.
以8﹣羥基喹啉﹣非離子錶麵活性劑 TritonX ﹣100為萃取體繫測定碳痠飲料中痕量鉛的含量.攷察瞭溫度、時間、PH 值、8﹣羥基喹啉用量、TritonX ﹣100用量、飽和氯化鈉用量、離子彊度等因素對萃取效果的影響.結果錶明:在最佳條件下測定方法的檢測限為4.39 ng/ mL,RSD 為7.4%,迴收率在98.7%~99.7%,線性範圍為200~500 ng/ mL,結果可靠,為碳痠飲料的質量控製提供參攷.

The cloud Point extraction was used for Preconcentration of the trace lead in carbonated drinks after the formation of a comPlex with 8 ﹣ hydroxyquinoline ethanol in the Presence of surfactant TritonX ﹣ 100,and then the flame atomic absorPtion sPectrometry was aPPlied to determine the content of lead. The affecting condition,in-cluding extraction temPerature and time,PH,dosage of extraction agent and comPlex agent,the amount of satu-rated sodium chloride and ionic strength were oPtimized. The results show that the lead detection limit was 4. 39 ng / mL and the RSD was 7. 4% ,while the recovery was between 98. 7% ~ 99. 7% ,the linear range was 200 ~500 ng / mL at the oPtimum conditions. Ⅰt was revealed that the method is simPle,safe,efficient,agile,and effi-cient.
