我国民办高等教育的发展，正处在一个重要的历史发展阶段，需要在提高教学质量方面狠下功夫。针对我国民办高校教学的实际情况和特点，以全新的教育理念与战略思维，结合实践经验，总结出在民办高校教学中应采用浓缩式教学内容、趣味式教学风格与体验式教学模式这三种行之有效的教学形式。民办高校只有通过教学模式、教学策略、教学手段、教学行为与教学风格的不断改革与创新，才能有效地解决民办高校课堂教学方法落后的困境。创新的教学方法、先进的教学模式和完善的教学手段，加上优秀的教师团队，才是提高民办高校教学质量的唯一出路。

At present , the development of private higher education in China is at an important stage of historical development , which needs to improve the teaching quality of relentless efforts .In view of the actual situation and characteristics of China ’ s private colleges and universities teaching , taking the education idea and the new strategic thinking , being combined with practical experi-ence and summed up the teaching content should be used to implement the effective teaching approaches such as the condensed -con-tent teaching mode , the interesting teaching style and the experimental teaching mode in private colleges and universities .Continuous reform and innovation in private colleges and universities should be focused on the teaching mode , teaching strategy , teaching means, teaching behavior and teaching style , which can effectively solve the lagged teaching approaches in private colleges ’ class-room teaching.In short, the reformed teaching methods , the advanced teaching mode and its improvement and the excellent teaching teams is the only way to improve the teaching quality of private colleges and universities .
