[目的]探讨初产妇心理状态、个性特征及其中医体质与母乳喂养的相关性。[方法]选取产后3个月随访的初产妇253例,应用症状自评量表(SCL 90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)及中医体质调查量表进行调查,分析初产妇心理状态、个性特征及其中医体质与母乳喂养的相关性。[结果]平和质初产妇母乳喂养率显著高于人工喂养率(P <0.01),气虚质初产妇母乳喂养率显著低于人工喂养率(P <0.05),阳虚质、阴虚质、湿热质、痰湿质、淤血质、气郁质及特禀质的初产妇母乳喂养比例与人工喂养比较无差异(P >0.05)；SCL 90阳性项目数<40的初产妇母乳喂养比例显著高于人工喂养(P <0.05),SCL 90阳性项目数>40初产妇母乳喂养比例显著低于人工喂养(P <0.05)；母乳喂养初产妇内外倾向性维度评分显著高于人工喂养初产妇(P <0.05),母乳喂养初产妇神经质、精神质及掩饰性维度评分与人工喂养初产妇比较无差异(P >0.05)。[结论]初产妇的心理状态、个性特征及中医体质与初产妇母乳喂养方式有关。
[목적]탐토초산부심리상태、개성특정급기중의체질여모유위양적상관성。[방법]선취산후3개월수방적초산부253례,응용증상자평량표(SCL 90)、애삼극개성문권(EPQ)급중의체질조사량표진행조사,분석초산부심리상태、개성특정급기중의체질여모유위양적상관성。[결과]평화질초산부모유위양솔현저고우인공위양솔(P <0.01),기허질초산부모유위양솔현저저우인공위양솔(P <0.05),양허질、음허질、습열질、담습질、어혈질、기욱질급특품질적초산부모유위양비례여인공위양비교무차이(P >0.05)；SCL 90양성항목수<40적초산부모유위양비례현저고우인공위양(P <0.05),SCL 90양성항목수>40초산부모유위양비례현저저우인공위양(P <0.05)；모유위양초산부내외경향성유도평분현저고우인공위양초산부(P <0.05),모유위양초산부신경질、정신질급엄식성유도평분여인공위양초산부비교무차이(P >0.05)。[결론]초산부적심리상태、개성특정급중의체질여초산부모유위양방식유관。
Objective:To probe into the correlation between breastfeeding and psychological state,personality characteristics and TCM constitution in primipara.Methods:A total of 253 primiparas were selected from 3 months follow up and they were investigated by symptom checklist(SCL 90)、eysenck personality question-naire(EPQ)and TCM constitution questionnaire,then to analyze the correlation between breastfeeding and psy-chological state,personality characteristics,and TCM constitution of primipara.Results:The feeding rate of breasting in Pinghe type of primiparas was significantly higher than artificial feeding rate(P <0.01).The feed-ing rate of breasting in Qixu type of primiparas was significantly lower than artificial feeding rate(P <0.05), there were no statistically significant difference between the feeding rate of breasting and artificial feeding rate in Yangxu,Yinxu,Shire,Yuxue,Qiyu and Tebing type of primiparas(P >0.05).The breastfeeding rate in pri-miparas was significantly higher than that of artificial feeding in the groups which had SCL 90 positive num-bers<40 (P < 0.05 ),The breastfeed rate in primiparas was significantly lower than artificial feeding in the groups which and SCL 90 positive numbers>40(P <0.05);The dimension score of internal and external tend-ency in breastfeeding primipara was significantly higher than artificial feeding primipara(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the dimension scores of neuroticism,psychoticism and masked between breastfeeding primipara and artificial feeding primipara (P >0.05).Conclusion:There was correlation between breastfeeding and psychological state,personality characteristics and TCM physique in primipara.
