针对重型燃气轮机高温涡轮叶片的双工质冷却技术,设计建造了研究双工质冷却新原理,高效气膜冷却机理及叶片综合冷却特性的叶栅试验平台。该平台由压缩机、蒸汽发生器分别提供空气源和蒸汽源,可以进行叶片双工质冷却情况下的叶片综合冷却特性研究及相关扩展研究。从而揭示叶片内冷却工质的流量压力分配关系,气膜冷却效率以及叶片特定冷却结构下的综合冷却特性,为新型双工质冷却叶片的设计提供试验验证支持。
針對重型燃氣輪機高溫渦輪葉片的雙工質冷卻技術,設計建造瞭研究雙工質冷卻新原理,高效氣膜冷卻機理及葉片綜閤冷卻特性的葉柵試驗平檯。該平檯由壓縮機、蒸汽髮生器分彆提供空氣源和蒸汽源,可以進行葉片雙工質冷卻情況下的葉片綜閤冷卻特性研究及相關擴展研究。從而揭示葉片內冷卻工質的流量壓力分配關繫,氣膜冷卻效率以及葉片特定冷卻結構下的綜閤冷卻特性,為新型雙工質冷卻葉片的設計提供試驗驗證支持。

For dual fluid cooling technology of high-temperature turbine blade of heavy-duty gas turbine, the test platform of cascade was designed and built with which new principle of dual fluid cooling technology and film cooling technology of high-temperature turbine blade can be researched.Also, the integrated cooling characteristics of turbine blade were researched.Steam and air were supplied by air compressor and steam generator, experimental investigation of integrated cooling characteristics of turbine blade using dual fluid cooling technology and the related expansion cooling studies can be carried out with the platform.So, the distribution relations of the two coolant can be revealed, the efficiency of film cooling and the integrated cooling characteristics under a particular cooling struc-ture, to provide support of experimental verification for the new dual fluid cooling blade design.
