目的：比较缺氧诱导因子－1α（ hypoxia inducible factor，HIF－1α）在前置胎盘患者和正常孕妇胎盘组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取西安市长安医院2012年5月至2014年5月诊治的130例前置胎盘患者的胎盘组织为观察组，以同期诊治的110例正常孕妇的胎盘组织为对照组，分别利用免疫组织化学技术（ SP法）检测两组胎盘组织中HIF－1α的表达情况，观察计数并计算阳性细胞的百分率，分别测定积分光密度（integral optical density，IOD）值，比较并分析相关结果。结果对照组HIF－1α阳性表达率（40.9％）低于观察组（64.6％）（P＜0.05），对照组的IOD均值（29.9823±14.2743）低于观察组（41.3417±27.5373）（ P＜0.05）。结论 HIF－1α可能参与前置胎盘发生的过程。

Objective To compare the expression of HIF-1α( hypoxia inducible factor) in placenta between normal pregnant woman and pregnant woman with placenta previa, and to discuss its clinical significance.Methods The placentas of 130 patients with placenta previa in Xi’ an Changan Hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were selected into observation group, while placentas of 110 normal pregnant woman were selected into control group, expressions of HIF-1αwere examined by immunohistochemistry technology, the percentage of positive cell was counted and the value of integral optical density ( IOD) was calculated.And then the results between two groups were compared.Results The positive expression rates of HIF-1αin control group (40.9 %) was lower than that of observation group (64.6%)(P<0.05).The value of IOD in control group (29.9823 ±14.2743) was lower than that of observation group (41.3417 ±27.5373) (P<0.05).Conclusion HIF-1 could possibly plays a considerable role in development of placenta previa.
