推导了箱梁顶板横向温差应力的理论计算公式,得出箱梁横向自约束应力与框架约束应力沿顶板厚度分布规律及其随温差变化规律;同时提出“主动”降低温差以减小横向温差应力防止顶板开裂的思路。经实例计算表明:“主动”降低温差可显著减小箱梁顶板横向温差应力,从而有效避免顶板纵向开裂。
推導瞭箱樑頂闆橫嚮溫差應力的理論計算公式,得齣箱樑橫嚮自約束應力與框架約束應力沿頂闆厚度分佈規律及其隨溫差變化規律;同時提齣“主動”降低溫差以減小橫嚮溫差應力防止頂闆開裂的思路。經實例計算錶明:“主動”降低溫差可顯著減小箱樑頂闆橫嚮溫差應力,從而有效避免頂闆縱嚮開裂。

The theory calculation formula of transverse temperature stress on the box girder roof was deduced, and concluded the distribution regularity of transverse self-restraint stress and framework constraint stress along the thickness of the box girder roof;and then put forward the idea by“initiatively” lowering the temperature difference to minimize transverse temperature stress and prevent the roof to crack.The example calculation shows that: the transverse temperature stress of box girder roof can be effectively reduced by decreasing the temperature difference, thus effectively avoid roof longitudinal cracks.
