目的：：探讨通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林治疗缺血性卒中脑动脉狭窄患者的临床疗效。方法：将缺血性脑卒中患者168例随机分为2组，对照组84例采用阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林治疗，观察组84例采用通心络胶囊、阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林治疗，2组均治疗3个月，随访1年，比较2组血脂、C 反应蛋白、IMT、血管狭窄情况、Fugl-Meyer、Barthel 指数、治疗效果。结果：治疗后，2组总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C 反应蛋白、IMT、血管狭窄率均显著降低(P<0.05)，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著增加(P<0.05)。观察组总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C 反应蛋白、白IMT水平及血管狭窄率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,Fugl-Meyer、Barthel 指数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林治疗缺血性卒中疗效显著，可明显改善患者的临床病症和预后，不良反应少且复发率低，安全性高，值得推广使用。

목적：：탐토통심락효낭연합아탁벌타정、아사필림치료결혈성졸중뇌동맥협착환자적림상료효。방법：장결혈성뇌졸중환자168례수궤분위2조，대조조84례채용아탁벌타정、아사필림치료，관찰조84례채용통심락효낭、아탁벌타정、아사필림치료，2조균치료3개월，수방1년，비교2조혈지、C 반응단백、IMT、혈관협착정황、Fugl-Meyer、Barthel 지수、치료효과。결과：치료후，2조총담고순、감유삼지、저밀도지단백담고순、C 반응단백、IMT、혈관협착솔균현저강저(P<0.05)，이고밀도지단백담고순현저증가(P<0.05)。관찰조총담고순、감유삼지、저밀도지단백담고순、C 반응단백、백IMT수평급혈관협착솔균명현저우대조조(P<0.05)，고밀도지단백담고순,Fugl-Meyer、Barthel 지수균명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론：통심락효낭연합아탁벌타정、아사필림치료결혈성졸중료효현저，가명현개선환자적림상병증화예후，불량반응소차복발솔저，안전성고，치득추엄사용。
Objective:To explore the tongxinluo capsule joint statin, aspirin treatment of ischemic stroke in the clinical curative effect of patients with cerebral artery stenosis, Methods:168 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group, 84 cases with statin, aspirin therapy, observation group, 84 cases were treated with tongxinluo capsule, statin, aspirin treatment, two groups were treated for 3 months, 1 year follow-up, compared two groups blood lipid, CRP, IMT, heal stricture, Fugl - Meyer, Barthel index, treatment effect . Results:after treatment, two groups total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, c-reactive protein and IMT, vascular stenosis rate were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased significantly (P<0.05).Observation group total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, c-reactive protein, white IMT level and vascular stenosis rate were signiifcantly lower than control group (P<0.05), high density lipoprotein cholesterol, Fugl - Meyer, Barthel index were signiifcantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:tongxinluo capsule joint statin, aspirin treatment for ischemic stroke curative effect signiifcantly, can signiifcantly improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients, less adverse reaction and the recurrence rate is low, high safety, is worth promoting.
