目的:观察不同浓度可吸入颗粒物(PM2.5)对T2DM大鼠凝血纤溶因子的影响。方法采用10%水合氯醛腹腔麻醉,气管内滴注法染毒,24 h后处死大鼠,股动脉收集血液,检测凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂‐1(PAI‐1)水平。结果不同剂量染毒组PT、PAI‐1、FIB与其生理盐水组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。滴注相同剂量PM2.5的T2DM大鼠PT、PAI‐1、FIB较 Wistar大鼠高(P<0.05)。结论不同浓度 PM2.5会导致Wistar大鼠凝血纤溶因子的改变,PM2.5对 T2DM 大鼠凝血纤溶系统的影响更加明显,可能加速糖尿病的进程。

목적:관찰불동농도가흡입과립물(PM2.5)대T2DM대서응혈섬용인자적영향。방법채용10%수합록철복강마취,기관내적주법염독,24 h후처사대서,고동맥수집혈액,검측응혈매원시간(PT)、부분응혈활매시간(APTT)、섬유단백원(FIB)、섬용매원격활물억제제‐1(PAI‐1)수평。결과불동제량염독조PT、PAI‐1、FIB여기생리염수조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。적주상동제량PM2.5적T2DM대서PT、PAI‐1、FIB교 Wistar대서고(P<0.05)。결론불동농도 PM2.5회도치Wistar대서응혈섬용인자적개변,PM2.5대 T2DM 대서응혈섬용계통적영향경가명현,가능가속당뇨병적진정。
Objective To observe the effect of different concentration of inhalable Particulate Matter (PM2.5 ) on the blood coagulation FIB rinolytic factors in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods The rats were narcotized with 10% chloral hydrate in abdominal and intratracheal instilled with different dose of PM2.5.24 hours later ,all rats were sacrificed and their blood was collected from femoral artery. The level of plasma prothrombin time (PT ) ,activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT ) ,fibrinogen (FIB) and plasminogen activator inhibitor‐1 (PAI‐1) were detected. Results The levels of PT ,PAI‐1 and FIB in all the PM2.5 instilled groups were significant different from saline group(P<0.05). The levels of PT ,PAI‐1 and FIB in the same level of PM2.5 instilled T2DM group were higher than Wister rats ( P< 0.05 ).Conclusion PM2.5 in different concentration can change the blood coagulation FIB rinolytic factors in Wister rats. The effects of PM2.5 on blood coagulation and FIB rinolysis system in diabetic rats are more significant which may accelerates the progress of diabetes.
